Our group had to wait almost two hours for the other group to vacate the room we had already booked. This is totally unacceptable and really stupid business practice as the other group had long past stopped ordering anything. Blinco's could have provided some appetizers or drinks for our group in consideration - they eventually did a little while before we got to the room - a single pitcher for 20 people and only after I suggested it. Pretty clueless.

The world is full of stupid people and dumb asses and Jim Blinco who owns and operates Blinco's restaurant and sports bar in Raleigh is no exception to the rule. Blincos in located where Houlihans used to be located. Jim Blinco's restaurant is nortorious for its piss poor customer service and low quality food. The funny part is Jim will probably die from a heart attack at the rate he is going soon from all that trashy food and beer.

The few occasions that I have seen Jim Blinco "at work" he usually just sits at the bar drinking away at the profits, probably why he is extremely overweight and downright disrespectful to the customers, or maybe just the people I happen to be with. I started spending money at Blincos before they moved to their new location on Glenwood Avenue.

I spoke to their new manager earlier tonight Mike, to address my problems. I asked, "Isn't it your job to provide customer service and come to a resolution that will make the customers happy and continue to return?" To my surprise he said that he didn't care about my problem, that he talked to J.J. and that he did not care about providing us good customer service, did not care if we left the restaurant happy, and definitely did not care if we came back.

I was apalled by this, though I should not have been surprised after all of my previous negative experiences at their restaurant. Jim Blincos incompetence in being able to keep customers happy, also kind of reminds you of Ronnie Graham, fat, old, and a jerk.
